Red-light Cameras: the new trend in Florida

Ah, yes! The red light cameras. Now they are everywhere in Florida and across the country. And maybe even where you live.

What’s could be more profitable than having a camera that monitors the comings and goings of all and decide to send you a ticket without a cop around. It is the dream of all politicians to make money the easy way. Spell the word “scam”!

Recently Judge Steven P. DeLuca, Chief Justice of Broward County (Fort Lauderdale and vicinity) responsible for complaints of drivers, ruled that cameras intersection traffic lights were constitutional and therefore perfectly legal in Florida.

Law protects consumers from mold removal cons

Florida’s warm, humid climate is the perfect setup for mold to grow in our homes. Roughly 1,000 strains of household mold, Strachybotrys chartarum, commonly called “black” or “toxic” mold have been identified. Many types of mold cause such health problems as sneezing, itching and wheezing and even trigger asthma attacks.

Toxic or not, mold isn’t healthy to have in your home, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
