Yet another example of a buyer of a foreclosed real estate property who lives in a motel because of the banks mess. That’s why I was always reluctant to get involved in these deals because even God does not know what will happen with greedy corporations.

Attorney accused of forging foreclosure documents

It did not take long for this mess of robo-signing and other illegalities reach Coral Springs, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. This lawyer decided to forge the signatures of two Miami-Dade judges to expedite the foreclosure process. Imagine, if the properties sold as foreclosures, how the owners feel and how the buyers may now feel. They will probably lose their rights to that property.

Inside a Florida Robo-Signing Document Assembly Line – DailyFinance

As the legal troubles of foreclosures keep surfacing, today we learn how the robo-signing process went. It does seem that all corners were cut even acknowledging signatures without the presence of a notary. It’s sad that in their desires to expedite foreclosures, banks decided to jump steps. Now we are once again all suffering from their missteps.
